Hi! I'm a 30-something non-binary (they/she) programmer.
I always felt at home tinkering with computers, since they seem to mirror the way my brain works.

I always liked cyberpunk's aesthetic, and in the last few years its punk themes have really resonated with me, after growing disillusioned with the tech industry.

Got started using #linux in my teens and nowadays I'm becoming more interested in #bsd because of its simplicity. I enjoy the control these systems give me, as well as the ability to debug issues and (hopefully) understand how they work under the hood.

I love learning programming languages and exploring the different ways they provide to "communicate" with the machine.
My first programming language was C and recently I have been learning #ziglang and finding it has a similar vibe.
I also like functional programming. I've mainly used #scheme and a bit of #haskell
As for scripting languages, #ruby is my favorite.

I'm usually listening to music. My tastes are pretty eclectic, but i often find myself gravitating towards metal and drum and bass.
Lately I've been listening to a lot of Lord Of The Lost, Iron Maiden and Keygen Church.
