THE THINGS vs the #eclipse
2017 & 2024 editions 😊

until that day, i had two teenage boys. THING1 turned 20 on the day of the 2017 eclipse.

standing is THING1. sitting on the lawn is THING2. both are looking up at the sky with their eclipse glasses.

it's 2024 and i've got two dudes to my right with new eclipse glasses that, THANKFULLY, a neighbor gave us. ours were too old for the event.

the dude with the cap is THING2. the dude with the curly hair is THING1.

what a difference 7 years make.
