Repeating my #introduction
I'm not a librarian but I work in a (quite big) #library as a digital curator.
If you can get to #Leeds by the end of the year, you can see the exhibition I co-curated for Living with Machines! https://livingwithmachines.ac.uk/living-with-machines-exhibition/
In 2020-21 I was Principal Investigator for the project that wrote the 'Collective Wisdom Handbook: Perspectives on Crowdsourcing in Cultural Heritage' https://britishlibrary.pubpub.org/the-collective-wisdom-handbook-perspectives-on-crowdsourcing-in-cultural-heritage---community-review-version
I started blogging at Open Objects https://www.openobjects.org.uk in 2006 but it took me until 2022 to reach 500 published posts.
I've been a 'cultural heritage technologist' in #MuseTech for years, with enough time in the commercial sector to know it's not for me. I moved into #UX via a MSc in Human-Computer Interaction #HCI then did a PhD in #DigitalHumanities / #DigitalHistory with a side in #crowdsourcing / #citizenscience
Originally from #Melbourne I've worked in Amsterdam and Turkey (Çatalhöyük) and live in #London.
