Chronically online, old-time internet user, web designer since 1999, gamer since forever, paused in pursuing a bachelor's of fine arts with a minor in art history.

GenX, feral, inner-child-driven (working on it), caregiver to my husband who has Parkinson's.

Former military brat, ex-Mormon, sometimes pagan sometimes not. I do tarot readings, but only for people I know.

When I'm not overwhelmed, I like to think about movie, historical and game costumes and figuring out how to make them work in real life.

I'm a currently unemployed data entry slob (still searching for work). I have three cats, two boys and a girl. I like silly computer games that most gamers wouldn't give the time of day, and #TTRPG. My vices are whiskey and cigarettes.

And I'm married (for fifteen years) to a brilliant, talented, funny, amazing #trans woman (@nerdybutcute) who is my entire world.

I am a #Dog person who has always had a #cat in the house.

I have eclectic tastes in #music and I love #ClassicMovies.

I enjoy #photography but also appreciate other forms of #VisualArt.

I have never been ashamed to be #Jewish and I don't intend to start now.

I am a classic #GenX - er.

I am highly educated and well travelled. I know that I am extremely lucky to enjoy both of these privileges - but I also recognize how hard my grandparents and parents worked for them. I stand on their shoulders.

My world view is informed by my grandparents being #Holocaust survivors and my own direct experience of 9/11.

It is also informed by my clinical experience, as well as observing complex disability.

My political views are traditionally centre-left but - over the past few years - I have realised that the Left no longer reflects my values and I do not recognize what the Left is any more.

However, the Right does not reflect my values either.

I post views and musings and articles that may or may not resonate with you.

If they do, that's great.

If they do not, that's fine too.

I am not going to engage in arguments and I am not going to hesitate to Mute people who are clearly looking to troll or fight.
